Lauren Thomsen
Junior Barrister Associate
Lauren joined Ross’ practice in July 2023. In 2024, she graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Laws.
In November 2024, Lauren was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and is employed as Junior Barrister Associate and Practice Manager.
Caitlin Greene
Law clerk
Caitlin joined Ross’s practice in January 2025, as a Law Clerk, providing legal research support.
In September 2025, Caitlin graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Marketing).
Caitlin has recently completed her Legal Professional studies, with a view to being admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in early 2026.
